Often patterns of relating cause us to turn away from people that are important to us, creating conflict, unfulfilled experience, and negative feelings. Because behavior is learned, change is possible.
My work is grounded in the power of relationship and the fluidity of the human experience. I aim to foster connection to your inner wisdom, grow resilience, and to normalize transitions and the challenges of being human. I integrate multiple models of therapy, including relational life therapy, internal family systems, somatic and nature based orientations
My goal is to assist people find greater clarity, ease, and strength in their lives and relationships. Being a human can be hard, and the way through challenging times is within you, you only need the courage and space to discover it.
