My focus is not simply on symptoms, but on understanding your story and the experiences that shaped you. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” I believe it’s important to ask, “What happened to you?”
For clients who desire it, I am comfortable incorporating faith and spiritual exploration into the counseling process. I strive to create an environment where clients feel empowered, respected, and actively involved in their care while gaining practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and First Responders facing anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, relationship challenges, shame, and life stressors. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” I believe the better question is, “What happened to you?”
I'm passionate about helping people strengthen relationships, heal emotional wounds, and move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
