I believe people grow best in spaces where they feel comfortable being themselves while still being challenged in meaningful ways. Peer support played a huge role in my work history and is something I still carry near and dear to my heart, though I now utilize it with stronger clinical boundaries as a therapist. My approach focuses on authenticity, connection, insight, and helping people create lasting change that actually feels realistic and sustainable.
I help individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, severe mental illness, grief, and major life transitions. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight, coping skills, emotional regulation, and healthier patterns in a way that feels genuine, collaborative, and human.
Life can get heavy, and sometimes people spend so much time surviving that they forget what it feels like to actually feel okay. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain insight, build healthier patterns, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels realistic and supportive. If that sounds like something you’re looking for, I’d be honored to be part of t

I use CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches. Sessions with me are real, conversational, and human. Some days we may process deeper emotions; other days, we may laugh, vent, build coping skills, or challenge patterns that keep us stuck. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to speak from the soul, not just survival mode.
