I have a unique perspective of relationships, parenting, and addiction recovery. I've been married for 20 years and believe that deserves a medal because marriage is hard. I've raised three children who are relatively well behaved but also have their moments and that’s life.

The hardest part of therapy is making the first appointment. From there, I will support you in identifying and making the decisions needed to resolve problematic patterns, step outside of cycles that aren't working for you, learn new techniques to combat trauma responses, and enjoy life on a deeper level.
