Hi, I’m Cari! I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and couples as they strengthen their relationships and find alignment between their values and behaviors. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, meaning I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I enjoy working with couples, teens, young adults, and individuals ages 14+.
