Whether clients are experiencing relational, spiritual, or emotional issues, I am committed to utilizing research-proven techniques as a catalyst for healing. The methods I most frequently use include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and several different models for couples counseling.
Many of us find ourselves in the midst of overwhelming situations and in need of hope that real change is possible.
