Anxiety, stressors, and depression can affect anyone, regardless of where we might be in our lives. I welcome anyone facing burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, or feeling stuck in your life. You’re not alone. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back and create a path forward. With the right support, you can overcome barriers and reach your full potential—both on the job and beyond. I am accepting new clients and I am certified in Brainspotting.

Life is complex, and so are you. I’m certified in Brainspotting, and also use CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness to help you process trauma, build resilience, and get back to your life as you want it to be. I utilize adaptive, proven techniques tailored to your needs, with a focus on serving first responders, athletes, and LGBTQ+ communities.
