Hi, I’m Carey. I specialize in working with teenagers and adults. My practice offers a supportive, grounded space for those who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation and growth across the lifespan. My therapeutic approach is integrative and aims to foster greater self-awareness and insight.
My passion for mental health comes from personal family experiences that shaped the way I see resilience, healing and the importance of support. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family—especially with our rescue dog, Monty, who is a daily reminder of patience, growth, and second chances.
