I provide individual therapy to adults across the spectrum of mental health and substance use issues. I am formally trained in EMDR therapy for trauma resolution. I am licensed to treat drug and alcohol issues, including counseling that meets the Impaired Driver Programs for license reinstatement in Vermont and New Hampshire.
