Groups
Fall Productivity and Goal Setting Group
This online group is grounded in somatic resource, resiliency and personal mindset to set & keep goals, wither business, personal or relational. Each group is $25 and are Fridays at 2 pm, last 60-90 depending on the # of people in the group. Monthly in person component for folx local to Asheville. Framework provided that uses daily practice & occasional written content. Each group focuses on accountability & experiential exercises. Reach out if interested :) Series starts in October and lasts through the end of the year. Skills will be recorded and provided in weekly emails.
