I am passionate about helping people across the lifespan experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma-related disorders, anxiety disorders, and depression reach their goals and learn strategies and skills to overcome their disorders. I am also passionate about helping parents learn parenting strategies to help treat childhood behavioral issues.
My approach is client centered and collaborative - you are the expert in your life and we work together to help you meet your goals. I use a variety of evidence-based treatment methods (methods research has found to be more effective than general talk therapy like ERP and the Unified Protocol) to help you get the results you want as quickly as possible.
