As a Psychodynamically Trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), my approach is grounded in listening and creating a safe space. In sessions, we will work toward strengthening your ability to listen in and attune to your nervous system, which will help you feel more grounded, regulated, and at ease.
Change can be challenging and at times, scary and unnerving. I strive to be a caring and supportive therapist who will navigate the work and journey with you. I aim to meet you where you are. Together, we will identify your goals, craft a plan for therapy and check in regularly about the process and progress.
