Dr. Levi Armstrong is a doctoral-level, clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in testing and treatment for children (ages 3+), adolescents, and adults suffering from diseases and illnesses affecting the brain. Common diagnoses evaluated for include ADHD or ADD, autism or Asperger's, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and dementia. As a psychologist, I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of mental and behavioral health disorders. In addition to psychotherapy, I administer a variety of psychological assessments including intelligence/psychoeducational, neuropsychological, forensic, immigration/bilingual, and presurgical evaluations for Spinal Cord Stimulator procedures and bariatric surgeries.

My clients are ideally willing to openly explore how current and past life stressors contribute to learned behavior patterns that may be ineffective and influence day-to-day suffering. I believe our life experiences influence us but do not have to define us or determine how we will function in the world. Additionally, we all have multiple identities, and we must learn to thrive in a world that is often ill-prepared to treat us with the respect and kindness we deserve. James Floyd is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas who has experience assisting hundreds of adolescent and adult clients work through depression, anxiety, developmental and life issues. He uses an integration of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, internal family systems, solution focused and relational approaches to identify and work through both immediate and underlying issues and struggles. James received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.

I have been a counselor for more than 30 years. I remain passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and believe that genuine caring is an essential element to an effective counseling relationship. Over the years I have worked with clients with significant trauma and loss. I consider it a privilege to stand with another individual as he or she resolves great pain. I am currently seeing clients exclusively via telemedicine (secure video platform). I am able to see clients in Texas, Kansas, Alabama, and California.

Mind Above, PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) is an outpatient mental health therapy practice that was founded in 2019 by Jeremy Fusco, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Fusco received his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Mental Health and sub-concentration in Military and Veterans Services. Theoretical approaches to providing care include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eclectic Psychotherapy.
