I specialize in treating: suicidal ideation, self-harm, substance use/addiction, disordered eating, & emotion regulation concerns that accompany depression, anxiety, bipolar, & trauma/PTSD. There's an exhaustion & isolation that often come with these struggles. Clients I work with may feel trapped in a cycle, simultaneously yearning for change and fearing it. These behaviors & feelings can become deeply ingrained in one's identity, making the idea of letting go daunting. I want my clients to know there's more to them than their struggles.
