About
Seeking help is a huge first step and I understand that what you are going through may feel intense, painful, and scary. You deserve to live the best quality of life and to have the confidence to reach your goals and aspirations. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment, so you can feel comfortable and know you are not fighting your battles alone. What you need has been in front of you the whole time, you just need someone to help you see it!
I know that each client is unique in their needs, so I will collaborate with you to find what approach works best. The three main psychotherapy approaches I like to practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy. When it comes to working with families, I employ family psychoeducation.
From my 24 years of experience, working with young children to seniors, I have learned that people are resilient. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating issues, going through a tough transition, or have gone through a traumatic loss, I am here to meet you where you are at.
