I know that each client is unique in their needs, so I will collaborate with you to find what approach works best.
I find the three modalities most often used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy. However, I have training in a number of areas and have worked with a variety of service needs so I have a nice sized "tool box". From my years of experience I have learned that people are resilient.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, health issues, eating issues, going through a tough transition, need couples counseling, are struggling with insomnia (CBT-I), or have gone through a loss, I am here to meet you where you are at.
