I specialize in Focusing Oriented Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy where I can address depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders as well as communication, self esteem issues, life cycle transitions & conflict resolution between couples and/or families.
