I provide a collaborative and supportive approach for clients who are seeking to improve their mental health within a non-judgemental therapeutic environment.
Some of my areas of clinical focus include men's mental health, coping with anxiety and depression, stress relating to life transitions, challenges of caregiving, and chronic pain and disability, including autoimmune disorders. I am trauma-informed, am a LGBT+ ally, and am experienced in working with individuals who are neurodivergent.
My current areas of interest include coping with life transitions, caregiving stress, coping with chronic pain or disability, improving parental mental health, men's mental health and improving self-worth. All of my work is trauma-informed and considers the individual within the family, multicultural and community systems they reside within.
