I have 20 years of experience in counseling, which includes a total 26 years of working with youth in high school. I can help you define goals, express or rediscover your values, recognize and use your strengths, take manageable steps toward healing, and most importantly, tell your story.
In addition to traditional office-based therapy, I also offer walk and talk therapy sessions, which can be a great way to enhance the mind and body connection. I have life experiences that extend my understanding as it relates to divorce, caregiving, parenting, and affirming all individuals, like people in the LGBTQ+ community.
