Join us on a journey of harnessing your strengths, understanding current barriers, and building effective strategies to start living the life you want for yourself! This group is designed for individuals who: are newly diagnosed with Adult ADHD and are looking for community and support, those who may not have an ADHD diagnosis but are looking for new ways of doing things, and those wanting tips, tricks, and strategies on how to get stuff done. Online Group--November 4th-December 23rd (8 Weeks) - Monday Evenings: 5pm-6pmCT / 7pm-8pmET - $400 for 8 weeks ($50/session)
