I approach my work with clients from a strength base and person-centered model utilizing a variety of clinical methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psycho-dynamic and solution-focused therapy. My areas of specialty are mood and personality disorders (i.e. depression, anxiety, and anger management, bipolar, borderline, antisocial and dependent personality).
Stylistically, I strive to empower my clients toward a sense of control over their feelings and behaviors by encouraging them to become their own expert throughout the therapy journey. ."
