Navigating life’s transitions, healing from unresolved trauma, or managing anger, stress, depression, & anxiety can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in supporting women through many roles, seasons, and challenges they face. In a safe, compassionate, & collaborative space, I help women learn effective ways to cope, heal, & move forward with clarity & confidence. Areas of focus include: Maternal Mental Health (pregnancy/postpartum, fertility, birth trauma, loss, NICU experiences), EMDR, Women’s Issues, & support for a wide range of emotional/life challenges, & supervision for LPC Associates.
Using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, along with a client centered approach, I provide a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore experiences, process concerns, and cultivate resilience. I assist clients with tapping into their inner strengths in order to achieve healing, growth, and holistic wellness.
Being a wife, mother of 3 (including a micropreemie - I'm a former NICU mom) and career woman, I know firsthand how life can be overwhelming at times.
