David is a military veteran who knows the struggle of being trauma informed and also person-centered in care. What works for one, doesn't always work for the other. David believes in treating the person and not the diagnosis because we are not what the words say we are!

Providing therapy and working to help patients is my lifelong passion. I take a strength based and trauma informed approach while working with patients who have a wide variety of mental health concerns. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and I use an interdisciplinary approach to therapy and tailor it to each client’s unique needs. In practice, I am direct, solution-focused, and passionate in assisting patients in meeting their goals.

Brett has worked with a diverse population of clients providing therapy in out-patient clinics and online working with children to adults. Brett uses a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to customize individual treatment plans for each patient. Brett has experience working with both mental health and AODA counseling needs.
