I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Wisconsin. I have worked in a variety of helping professions over the past 12 years. Started my career working as a sexual assault and domestic violence advocate for a non-profit program. I have a passion for advocacy and social justice.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and although this is my specialty, I am trained to provide psychotherapy services for a variety of services including: grief, couples, family, individual, group, and marriage counseling. I have experience working with a multitude of different issues ranging from depression, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, trauma, career counseling, coaching, anger management, work-life issues/balance, etc. I feel that the client is the expert of their lives and my duty is to provide unbiased, and non-judgmental support. I offer a laid back approach in order to foster a peaceful therapeutic environment.

I believe that success in psychotherapy ultimately depends on developing a genuine dialogue between you as a person, and me as your therapist. The gentle art of change also means discussing the context of your life-- where you are at now-- and how you got there (including how you developed and maintain the values you live by).
