I have a passion and commitment to assist individuals lead a happier healthier life. My goal is to focus on the overall health and wellness of each person I meet to allow for personal growth and understanding. I have specialized training in areas of anxiety and depression, grief, trauma, crisis intervention, life transitions and work/life stress. I use an open and non-judgemental approach to assist with finding solutions. I am also currently a doctoral student of clinical psychology. I decided to further my education to assist others in a greater capacity.

I have been working as a clinical therapist for more than 12 years, and previously worked in community social services with individuals experiencing homelessness and severe persistent mental illness. Over 15 years of work in the mental health field has taught me that a successful therapeutic relationship relies on building trust while seeking to understand my patients' points of view. In my previous therapy and social work roles, this belief has remained at the center of my work. As a therapist, I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of presenting concerns.

An ideal client is one who is being just who they are in spite of all the challenges or concerns they may be dealing with. I also have weekend and some evening hours.
