I specialize in helping passionate professional women who are struggling with anxiety and burnout to learn to put themselves first by setting healthy boundaries and lead more fulfilling lives. This may feel like you are full of anxiety but unsure how to move forward or what next steps you should take. Prior to becoming a therapist, I had a career within a large corporation which provided me with unique insight and understanding of what you may you may be going through!

David believes in not only helping the individual facing challenges, but helping that person also build their supports that are around them outside of session. David is a military veteran who knows the struggle of being trauma informed and also person-centered in care. What works for one, doesn't always work for the other. David believes in treating the person and not the diagnosis because we are not what the words say we are!

Is anxiety an issue? I focus on helping anxious and overthinking people, from the Neurodivergent to those with genetic and generalized anxiety. I also work with depression, mood disorders, and trauma. I teach university courses online, including classes on Psychopharmacology, so I can be an excellent resource for your psychiatrist or general practice doctor in helping you with medications. I also have extensive experience with personality disorders. I am licensed in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Arizona. I also help with life coaching, career coaching, and business coaching. I am known for being compassionate, kind, and an advocate.
