I believe therapy is a collaborative process and I use an interdisciplinary approach to therapy and tailor it to each client’s unique needs. As your therapist, I am here to listen and help you process what is going on in your life and help you figure out what your options are. I will be there for you to work on your goals with you at your own pace. I believe that every one of my clients is capable of growth and it is my job to facilitate this process of building greater awareness toward becoming the person we were meant to be. I help you evaluate your unique situation so you have a better understanding of how you relate to others and give you better insight into who you are. I have a broad life experience that helps me relate to a diverse clientele.
