You want to enjoy your family and your work, but you're stressed out and exhausted trying to keep up with it all. Sometimes you snap, or need your space, but then you feel guilty and get hard on yourself because you don't want to let anyone down. You're spread too thin and struggle to make time for yourself, and your health and relationships are taking the hit. You wonder "Why does everyone else seem like they can juggle so many things, and I'm so exhausted I'm ready to collapse?" But of course you don't show that, everyone thinks you're fine. Life doesn't have to be this way. You can change this, and it's ok to ask for help!

I have a passion and commitment to assist individuals lead a happier healthier life. My goal is to focus on the overall health and wellness of each person I meet to allow for personal growth and understanding. I have specialized training in areas of anxiety and depression, grief, trauma, crisis intervention, life transitions and work/life stress. I use an open and non-judgemental approach to assist with finding solutions. I am also currently a doctoral student of clinical psychology. I decided to further my education to assist others in a greater capacity.

I provide therapy for older children to the elderly. My clinical interests include ADHD, anxiety, depression, relational issues, mood disorders, career development, gender identity, and LGBTQ+. I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals.

Since I began practicing 21 years ago, I've gathered extensive experience working with adults and adolescents (14-19 yrs) using a strengths-based approach in addition to assessing and increasing communication skills for all areas of life to ensure you get the most out of every session. Always first and foremost, my goal as a therapist is to be genuine, approachable, and nonjudgmental as I help guide you through the therapeutic process to become your own best resource.

I offer a unique blend of alternative therapies combining some of the newest discoveries in neuropsychology, mind-body integration and mindfulness. I do my best to work from a place of intuitive, compassionate, heart based support.
