My passion is to meet clients where they are today so that they can grow a better tomorrow. I work primarily with couples and individuals (age 13+) from a variety of circumstances. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for empowering clients with tools to increase confidence, practical communication skills within relationships, and incorporating self-care practices to promote healing within the self.

I enjoying working with clients who are ready to get back to their optimal level of functioning. We all get in ruts and go through hard times. My goal is to help my clients figure out how to gain skills to get past what they are going through currently and be able to tackle any issues in the future as well.

Finding a best fit counselor to walk alongside you while you set and achieve your goals is the most important part. My approach is genuine, compassionate, and client centered. We will work together to learn more about you, set your goals, and reach your potential. I believe everyone needs an unbiased, nonjudgmental partner to confide in or to overcome hurdles and assist to move towards a goal. Through my practice, I currently provide telehealth (video) counseling only so clients best served will be ages 10 thru adulthood; however, I am able to provide parenting support and coaching to parents of younger children.

I have a passion for working with children, teens, individuals, couples, and families that are struggling from life altering events, such as, physical and emotional trauma, substance use and abuse, addiction(s), marital and relational issues, grief, and or family conflict. I have many years of experience working with foster children/families, and 13 years working in a Christ-centered faith-based substance abuse rehabilitation program. I am very passionate about helping my clients recover from past traumatic experiences that have created long-lasting effects upon themselves and their relationships with others.
