Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates is a private practice comprised of over 20 psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychotherapists who perform in-office and virtual Telehealth psychiatric evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Pennsylvania. and New York. My job is to help clients identify how they feel about themselves and circumstances in their lives and to assist in the navigation of these experiences. In addition to psychotherapy, I perform comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for accommodations for work and school.

Throughout my career I have enjoyed working as a psychologist delivering counseling, consultation and assessment services. I consider it a privilege to be invited into an individual's world at a time of need and work hard to build a trusting alliance with each person. I listen to my clients and engage them around the unique stories they share so we can set goals and a treatment plan that is personally tailored to each individual and/or couple. My approach is based on years of experience and a solid theoretical foundation. It is a relational one such that I use our therapeutic connection to facilitate change.

I am adept at supporting clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms, seeking greater self-awareness, clarity, and insight about their current struggles and how to shift them. My ideal client is motivated to change and is interested in co-creating the goals to work towards that change, with the ultimate aim being to reduce distress and build/nurture a rich and meaningful life. This is accomplished through a variety of therapeutic techniques grounded in Cognitive Behavioral, Reality, and Rogerian dispositions. Evenings preferred.

I am PA/NJ licensed clinical social worker with over 20 yrs experience. I received my BA in Psychology in 1994 and my MSW in 1997. Since then, I have worked in various settings including the Behavioral Health System of Philadelphia, numerous behavioral health facilities which include psychiatric units, detox and rehabs, college counseling settings and in assisted living/nursing facilities with older adults. In 2013, I started an in person private practice and then made the jump to telehealth during the pandemic. I find that telehealth is much more accessible and convenient for clients as we are still able to do amazing work!

I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples who are seeking relief from pain, suffering and confusion. I work best with folks hoping to be part of process leading to a quick resolution. Her approach is integrative and includes EMDR, a therapy proven effective for treating clients impacted by trauma that interferes with life and relationships.
