Using a brief and cognitive therapy approach, I specialize is working with individuals, couples, marriage counseling, and families for issues of relationship problems, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma informed treatment, decision making, assertiveness skills, adjusting to new situations and the emotions and decisions that come along with it. I am a licensed professional counselor in PA, NJ, and DE and offer evidence-based treatments, clinical supervision for new counselors in obtaining their license, and I am a Board Certified Executive Coach. I also offer consultation within the realm of career, work, and future planning.

Oftentimes, people just need someone to listen to them, to help them work through an issue, and sort out their feelings. That's where I come in as a licensed psychotherapist as well as a medical social worker. I'm skilled at hearing what people are saying and helping them to figure out strategies for improving their situation. I work with a variety of clients ---men, women and children from all sexualities, gender identities, and races to help them with all sorts of issues. My clientele ranges in ages; however, a majority of my clients are in their early 30's.

I am a doctorate level clinician who studied psychology, marriage and family therapy, and mental health counseling. My focus is with teens and adults who have experienced trauma such as domestic violence, physical and emotional abuse, abandonment, grief/loss, PTSD, as well as those who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, mood disorders, and codependency. I also work with clients seeking guidance as they make major life transitions. I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced homelessness and have been in the foster care system. With more than 25 years of experience, I will help you identify the root causes of issues, and to develop effective strategies to take charge and have the life you deserve.

I have been helping people overcome Depression, Anxiety/Stress, Relationships, Grief, ADHD, OCD, Addiction, Self-Esteem, and Transitioning. Along with my practice for the public, I also work at the Veteran's Affairs specializing in trauma (PTSD) and Sexual Trauma. At Supplemental Psychology Services, LLC, we are committed supporting school districts who may be experiencing a staff shortage or increased evaluation caseload by supplementing their current school psychology efforts with accelerated and accurate psycho-educational assessments (IQ/achievement testing) to best determine the unique needs of students. In that way, all evaluations are completed within 30 calendar days. Our services are available both virtually and in-person for school districts across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.
