I believe it is imperative to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment for each of my clients. I address my clients with empathy and respect. Sometimes we need help, and I am here to listen, make recommendations, provide options, coping skills, etc., in an objective manner. My target populations are adults, and adolescents (13 - 18). I will help you develop and grow in the direction you want to go by setting goals and by maintaining a collaborative client/counselor relationship. I work with individuals (adolescents and adult). I am experienced in working with a broad range of clients. I have spent the last 4 years heavily focusing on helping those with TRAUMATIC STRESS related to family of origin as well as the disease of ADDICTION. WellStone Career & Family Restoration Services provides aid to professionals in repairing their career and personal relationships that have been impacted by substance use. ​This practice was specifically created to help professionals safely re-enter the workforce and reestablish functional relationships with peers and family. Professionals who have engaged in substance use often times face legal, regulatory, licensing, and credentialing situations which may be restrictive in gaining employment in their field.
