I specialize in working with Anxiety and Panic Disorder as it relates to relationships, career and performance concerns. I also work with many couples, offering marital, pre-marital and, separation counseling. My approach is eclectic and patient-centered, drawing from scientific/ evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, Trauma-informed. Above all, my services are compassionate and inspired at times by mindfulness and other eastern approaches.
