Calling upon my 20+ year experience as a training and development executive combined with my degree in counseling, I provide a unique perspective and approach to counseling. My specialty is a solution-based, action-oriented model. I counsel individuals, couples & families who are facing significant life transitions, including career/job, relationship/marriage, health/wellness, or specific goal-seeking issues. I partner with my clients to address their impediments to change. By crafting a strategy to achieve personal and professional goals, including identifying the psychological barriers to achieving them, I help turn these goals into reality.

I am a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for decreasing the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting the health and well being of my clients. For my undergraduate degree, I moved from Central Jersey (Yes! It exists!) to South Jersey to attend Stockton University. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work with a Minor in Behavioral Neuroscience from Stockton, and then moved on to attend graduate school in Philadelphia. I received my Master of Social Work Degree with a clinical concentration from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice in May of 2020.

I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience. I have extensive experience working with individuals (12 and older), couples, and families. I have helped many clients deal with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, relationship issues, and work-career goals.

Hi, I am a LCSW accepting new clients for in-home, virtual and telephonic sessions.. I accept patients state wide. I have been very effective in working with an array of issues, including anxiety/depression, bi-polar disorder, anger management, grief/loss, trauma, and elder issues/concerns. I can provide life and career coaching, as well as health issues and end of life services. Some of my treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, Narrative, Solution Based, Strength Based, and client-centered therapy.

My work with clients takes on a holistic approach, with a goal of determining counseling techniques most appropriate for your personal exploration, insight and growth. I come into a counseling session with a foundation in person-centered counseling, offering a warm, safe, non-judgmental, empathic, goal-oriented space for you to dive in, explore, and take action towards positive change.
