I am a licensed psychologist and the Clinical Director of Sollars and Associates Integrative Counseling and Psychological Services. I have been providing counseling and psychotherapy for over 30 years in the Metro Detroit area and our group practice spans across the state of Michigan. Our group is trained in dealing with a variety of issues including: Attention Deficit Disorder, School Difficulties, Interpersonal Issues such as bullying, adult ADD and related issues, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Mood Disorders, Grief and Loss, Parenting, Educational Concerns, Relationship Concerns, Career and Work Issues, and Sexual Issues.

Passionate about catering the best support to each individual, I am dedicated to staying at the forefront of education and training in this constantly developing field. My career started in Early Childhood Education, where my passion for working with young children and their families directed me to grow expertise into additional areas by pursuing and excelling in the Oakland University Counseling Master's program. As a Counselor for the Oakland County Sheriff's Department, I was an acting subject matter expert for substance abuse, depressive and suicidal ideation, and schizoaffective disorders.

Riley Nichols is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with a wide range of demographics and presentations. Riley is person first and empathetically focused in practice working with adults, children, and adolescents. Riley focuses on individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and difficulties in attachments. Riley earned his Master's degree in Social Work at New York University following undergraduate study in Psychology at Michigan State University.

Deborah Schiffer is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan. She has over 25 years of experience partnering with adults, families, children, and adolescents seeking to treat a variety of struggles such as anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and more. She completed her Bachelor of Arts from University of Michigan and received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University. Deb utilizes a variety of treatment modalities to meet the individual needs of each client.

My goal is to help families to increase communication patterns to and develop strong bonds. Have over three decades of experience successfully helping parents and their children to decrease acting out behaviors, improve coping skills, and to increase their functioning. Help blended families with adjustment, relationship issues, and to resolve child management problems. Have a vast amount amount of experience working with individuals to help them reduce depression, anxiety, and to increase their ability to manage daily stressors successfully. My strategy is to help clients let go the past and make their future more successful.
