I appreciate client's efforts and attempts to help themselves and I'm proud to be part of that process. I invite each client to be involved in the process of goal setting and treatment planning, which is specifically designed to each individual, based on their symptoms, needs and past experiences. Therapy is a process during which I address not only your symptoms but also any additional life stressors and challenges.

Our team at Couch Clarity can help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions that will encourage self-awareness and can lead you to a more productive and satisfying way of life. We also walk and talk with our clients! Our goal is to destigmatize therapeutic treatment by promoting taking pride in making a positive change. We have 16 therapists on our team to meet your needs at our 2 locations: Elmhurst and Glen Ellyn. We have therapists that speak Polish and Spanish.
