I work from a person-centered approach meeting the client where they are at, but also utilize strategies from all different practices. I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). I received my Masters degree in Social Work in 2020 and Bachelors degree in Social Work in 2019 both at Aurora University. I also received a Professional Educators License in 2021 which has given me experience in the school social work setting including IEPs, 504 plans, and crisis intervention. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are battling depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem issues, interpersonal issues, and thought or mood disorders.

Welcome! We provide traditional and holistic healing for mind, body & spirit health. We work with individuals, couples, families & groups age 5 and up. The facility is located on a main street with free parking. This is a private practice with a private waiting room in a very comfortable & soothing setting. Look for the yellow house with raspberry trim. Hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. When you call, we will do a brief intake, verify your insurance benefits & schedule your first appointment. We do not have a waiting list and can schedule your first appointment within the same week.

I strive to cultivate a culturally-informed, sex and kink-positive space for clients to process thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I’m affirming of all expressions of gender identity and sexual orientation, as well as non-traditional relationship structures. My background includes specific work with those who have experienced traumatic injuries, the sudden loss of a loved one, and interpersonal violence, as well as understanding and coping with complex medical diagnoses. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with five years of clinical experience. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including inpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential programs. I have treated a variety of issues including: eating disorders, self injury, anxiety, depression, stress management, OCD, relationship issues, suicidal ideation, PTSD and trauma related issues. In my work with clients, I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. I believe in creating a supportive therapeutic relationship and working together in determining what the client's goals are for treatment.
