Phillip Guttmann, LCSW, has been a therapist for 13 years and has worked with a wide array of people. He believes change is possible, particularly in a supportive environment where a trusting dynamic between therapist and client can be achieved. Phillip specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, panic disorder, depression, complex trauma, loss, LGBTQ+ issues, grief, and more. My name is Dr. Joseph Sands, and I am a Licensed Psychologist based in Los Angeles, California. I work with adolescents and adults with the following difficulties: sadness/depression, mood swings, anxiety (panic attacks), social phobias, poor social skills, OCD, impulsivity, anger problems, ADHD, autism, and relationship issues. I like to use a collaborative approach with my clients to help them best strategize to overcome the obstacles and meet their therapeutic goals. The clients I work with are currently seen in an outpatient setting and range from adolescents to middle-aged adults, with a variety of different challenges.
