Lakera has experience working with clients with various mental health disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, grief issues, conduct disorders, adjustment disorders, substance use issues, and career/life transitions. She has worked with all populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. She is also an infant mental health therapist in the state of Arkansas. Utilizing cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies, she believes that clients can be empowered to use all life experiences to create a brighter, better reality and live to their fullest potential.

Andrew Roach, a native of Monroe, Louisiana, has been a clinician in Arkansas since 1994. He has 25 years of experience working with the chronic mentally ill in both the inpatient and outpatient settings and been in private practice for over a decade, serving community members of Central Arkansas.
