I specialize in deep trauma work (emotional, sexual, spiritual, relational, and physical) when other types of therapy have not worked for you. I use EMDR as one of my primary tools for trauma work where possible to hasten healing. I work to strengthen that inner voice inside of you to help you find your healing your way. I use techniques I learned working with world renowned professionals, including being fully trained in EMDR, (EMDRIA) a trauma resolution technique.

For some, they are overall doing well in their life, but feel that there's something going on inside that's keeping them from reaching their full potential and finding true happiness and fulfillment. Others are actively experiencing challenges in their life and are open to receiving support, while still others are in real pain, and are looking for relief and help with that.

As a gay counselor, my passion is helping fellow gay people develop their own toolkits to overcome anxiety, heal and thrive. The focus of counselling is to address what the client wants more of in his/her life. Most of the time the goal is to feel happier. As your counsellor I will provide a space and venue for patterns to be revealed and unconscious beliefs to be addressed. The results will be a greater sense of personal power in creating a life of contentment and choice.The conversation we have in the therapeutic environment is a purposeful one, it is about what works, what does not work and the strategies needed to shift from discontentment to contentment.
