I offer a warm, open, and straightforward approach to my clients. Therapy is an exceptional way to become unstuck, get back on track and begin moving forward again. I strongly believe that counseling can be a positive experience. One that helps you build momentum with each session on the way to reaching your goals. Evening and Saturday appointments are available. I try and return all calls within 24 hours and I usually respond within a couple of hours.
