My goal is to empower and support you in YOUR life. Together exploring and individualizing what works best for YOU. The quickest way to get a response from me is via text. I do not do single-case agreements, I provide super bills. Clients must first call their insurance beforehand to verify if they qualify for a super bill to be compensated for their session. The initial intake therapy session is $250 for assessing & diagnostic purposes. Clients must be 18+.
My go-to approach and theories are Solution-Focused, Client-Centered, Psychodynamic, Reality, as well as C.B.T. (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I fluctuate between theories according to the situation, person, and issue(s). I also have a background in educational & school counseling and specialize in working with school-related stress & anxiety.
My role is to support clients in discovering their purpose and guide them toward achieving it. I believe in being honest and straightforward about the steps required for your personal growth.
