A key component of life is change. With each change that occurs, we go through a period of transition, and with that often comes the experience of grief. As a counselor specializing in trauma, addiction, divorce and relationship issues, I recognize the importance of the change process. I will gently guide you though the emotions that accompany any life transition. It is important to me to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space, where clients feel safe to explore and grow. This practice is designed to work with my clients not on them. We are engaged in enhancing abilities and strengths through the art of Theracoaching, an integrative approach where both the client and the practitioner are focused on their goals. You as the client work with the Theracoach to identify these goals and join them either in or out of the office to locate methods in achieving these opportunities. Whether that is school, work, relationships, frustrations with getting started, or negative habits formed. The primary focus in this practice is helping those with ASD, LD, ADHD, and co-morbid conditions.

I am a licensed psychotherpist in AZ and nationally certified. I am trained in various techniques that help with the resolution of trauma, abuse, neglect, addiction, and personality corrections. In addition, I can provide testing for behavioral, emotional, personality, and psychological concerns. As the clinical director, I coordinate and oversee our groups and IOP (intensive outpatient) programs.
