Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad or hopeless? Having trouble with substance abuse? My practice focuses on helping adults of all ages struggling with substance abuse, relationship problems, trauma, depression and anxiety. Providing a safe, stress-free, accepting environment, I will help guide you toward relief and success in your daily life. I have experience working with young men and women in college and men and women of all ages on their personal struggles. I hope you will allow me help you take control of your life and become the happy, content and motivated person you are meant to be.
I can help you with any trauma-related problems, having training in EMDR and hypnosis, to assist with feelings of unhappiness, confusion and depression along with chronic stress and anxiety management. If you are an adult child of an alcoholic or a spouse of an alcoholic/addict, I can help deal with your unique struggles.
In my work with college students, I have helped many clients with ADD/ADHD develop the skills they need to be successful in school and life. In addition, my past experience as clinical director of a substance abuse rehab center provides me a special perspective on substance abuse/dependency.
