Having completed coursework for a PhD in Depth Psychology and currently completing a Doctor of Education, I am skilled at working with various issues that I am happy to discuss with you. I am a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) in Florida, Colorado and Virginia, an empathetic healer, an avid mental health awareness advocate. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, codependency issues, self-esteem issues, anger management issues and other emotional struggles. My passion as a therapist is to assist you in developing skills to help you find the happiness and abundance from within. I strive to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable in sharing your perspectives, hopes, aspirations, fears, and growths.

As a seasoned and experienced Counselor, I take a holistic (comprehensive) approach in psychotherapy focusing on all parts of a person which includes the emotional, social, biological, environmental, spiritual/philosophical (meaning and purpose), and psychological components that make us whole. And if you are in need of psychiatric medications, I work with a Psychiatrist in the area and you will have access to this service.

I see the importance of integrating all parts and aspects of our Self and becoming more whole and complete human beings.
