I have learned from my 20 years of service in the Navy and my career as a therapist that navigating life’s challenges can be hard but also extremely rewarding. As a Psychotherapist, my goal is to provide clients with a safe and supportive space to distort negative thoughts and behaviors and learn new skills to live a more productive life. My therapeutic modality is collaborative based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, with my style being Person Centered. With us working together we can build on your strengths that you already possess and gain a renewed sense of purpose.

Being human means experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, transitions in life, grief, pain, even fear, uncertainty, trauma, and doubt at some point. We can go from living our lives to being overwhelmed by our experiences, which can bring shame, anger, frustration, or self-loathing. When faced with these issues, the overwhelming need for a safe, encouraging, supportive space and acquiring access to tools that will help us navigate and better understand our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical selves becomes essential for getting unstuck and moving forward.
