Hello! I am the Co-Director and Psychotherapist with The Naperville Counseling Center. My clinical experience focus on working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with substance abuse, relationship issues, work-life balance, stress, anxiety, depression, mood management, cultural identity issues, life transitions, and self-esteem. I enjoy working with individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. I also speak Punjabi and have full comprehension of Hindi/ Urdu and provide bilingual counseling services to my clients.
I utilize an integrative approach that includes: strengths-based, Solution-Focused, Client Centered, CBT, and various behavioral interventions to assist clients in developing a stronger and more positive self-concept. I have experiences working in inpatient and residential settings with adults and adolescents struggling with substance abuse and anxiety/OCD.
I provide my clients with a warm, non-judgmental environment in which clients feel understood and comfortable exploring issues. While cultivating self-awareness and coping skills as they work towards creating positive changes.
