I have been practicing for over 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a variety of settings including hospitals, out patient mental health clinics, school-based counseling, and most recently a group private practice. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Many people struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, unexpected crisis, tragedy and illnesses. I find my clients are looking to feel heard and understood, to feel like someone is really listening, understanding and validating their experiences.

Since opening the doors of my private practice in 2021, I have provided clients in the Rockland County and greater New York area with a wide range of psychological services at affordable prices. My expertise is in helping clients heal from trauma and anxiety. I help clients to find the roots of their symptoms so they may find relief as quickly as possible. I help client with panic attacks, PTSD, depression and general anxiety. I am skilled in both talk therapy and brain-based techniques that help to move along the therapy.

I am an LCSW and graduate of NYU Silver School of Social Work. I have 20 years of experience working in various clinical settings and private practice . I have treated both late adolescents and adults in college counseling centers . My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. In recent years, I have been successful in offering life transitional therapy for young professionals as they navigate new roles in business and personal relationships.
