I am a Career Coach, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Organizational Leadership Psychologist. With a holistic approach to career development, I utilize tools from CBT, strengths-based coaching, adult development theory, and narrative therapy. I also use Hogan Assessments to identify strengths and motivators.
