I have experience helping clients with depression, academic difficulties, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, self-harming behaviors, and adjusting to life changing events. I have experience helping families with autism improve their quality of life.
I believe that each of us has the capacity to heal and grow, and to develop the tools that we need to find happiness. My job as a therapist is to help you find those resources and to make measurable progress toward your goals.
